All Barrow Boss products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The included bungee cord is considered a consumable accessory and is not covered under warranty. Due to normal use, weather exposure, and stretching over time, bungee cords may require replacement.

Users should regularly inspect the bungee cord and replace it if signs of wear or damage appear.

We dispatch all Barrow Boss orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on a dispatch day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the next scheduled dispatch day.

As soon as your order has been collected by the courier, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Apparel Orders

Our apparel is made to order and shipped by our trusted print partner.

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro areas: 8–15 business days
• Regional & remote areas: 8–20 business days

Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for hoodies and double-sided printed designs.

You'll receive tracking details via email once your apparel has been dispatched.

Ordering Both?

If your order includes both Barrow Boss products and apparel, your items may arrive in separate parcels and on different days, as they are shipped from different locations.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide.

We offer $24.95 standard shipping to most metro and regional areas across Australia.

Due to the size of the Barrow Boss attachment and varying freight costs, additional shipping charges may apply to some remote or hard-to-service locations.

If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, we'll contact you before dispatch to discuss the available shipping options. If you choose not to proceed, we'll provide a full refund.
